PDX Correspondence Co-Op is a monthly mail art swap. The prompt for October was unfolding and I wanted to take that literally by making an accordion style exploding book. Splattered watercolor paints and scribbled pen messages capture the messiness inherent in growth and transformation. Final pieces were mailed to 10 strangers across the country.
